Yay! Helping!

Yay! A friend wants to go vegetarian so she asked me to make her a list of all the easiest vegan things to make.

I had a lot of carrots and cauliflower left over yesterday and I didn't want them to go bad, so I boiled them in veggie broth and added chopped fresh dill and a little parsley (also left overs.)
Not the tastiest thing I've ever made but not bad either!
Aaron also surprised me with a Green & Blacks Mayan Gold dark chocolate bar because he is the awesome.
