Soup and pesto
Quick entry because I have to get to writing this godforsaken paper.
I needed a quick meal the other day so I made pesto with cinnamon basil leaves and academia nuts. Blended with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil and stirred into whole wheat pasta. Picture above.
Yesterday I made carrot soup with fresh dill, lime leaf, and agave nectar.
