Yesterday I sat on my ass and ate like aaaaaaaaaall day.
Things I ate included:
  • An entire salad made of a mix of dark greens, tomato, cucumber and sunflower seeds with lemon ginger seseme dressing.
  • Toasted crumpets with margarine.
  • Toast with peanut butter and raspberry jam.
  • An Amy's brand frozen dinner: Organic vegetables and brown rice bowl.
  • Some baking chocolate.
  • Two cups of tea, one lemon zinger one vanilla hazelnut.
  • Ramen noodles with fake barbecue chicken.
  • Probably some other stuff I'm forgetting.
I need to eat significantly less today.
